I am a 50 yr-old bisexual woman, artist & witch who lives in the swamp-forest of Southern Maryland, a bit too close to Washington, DC. I make paintings of landscapes inner & outer, and I make great soup. I wrastle with depression, obesity and a tendancie toward addiction. I live in an eclectic community of artists, witches and queers with my standard poodle Seneca and wild-ass swamp cat Cypress. I follow the Goddess, in her various guises as natural wildness, the sea, the edges of science, and deities like Kali & the Blessed Mother. Tard dans la vie, j'essaye de parler Français. The film V for Vendetta is my magnificent obsession, a surpising new muse and delight.

Hi Ven!
I was moved by the faceless woman comment. Just reread Till We Have Faces, on point for the issue of being unrevealed. But i also think that what we do in secret, in private or limited circles, can have effects whose causal connections are hidden.
